I’m trying to buy 100 roses but if I buy them at a florist is going to be expensive, is there wholesale place or something close to it

To buy wholesale you must have a state sales tax number, and some require more than 100 pieces to qualify for wholesale.
Contact some places they could give you are discount for buying 100, ask what their break is, that is, how many you have to buy to get a better price.
